Pure Salon and Day Spa requires appointments in advance. We will request a credit card number to hold your appointment time.  This card will only be charged upon completion of your service or in the event you do not cancel your appointment as described below.

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel services for an individual and 48 hours notice to cancel group arrangements.  Failure to cancel according to this policy will incur a 100% charge to your credit card of all scheduled services.

It is very important that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please inform our staff if you have any medical conditions.

Prices are subject to change without notice.  It is always best to confirm the prices when making your appointment.

All massage and facial services may be purchased as bundles (ex. 5 facials, 5 massages) at a reduced rate.  Prepayment is required and all treatments must be used within six months of purchase. 

Gift cards must be communicated to the receptionist when booking the appointment and presented at the end of the service.  All other reservation and cancellation policies as noted above apply.  However, should you fail to cancel or appear you credit card will only be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment fee. Gift cards are valid for six months from date of issue.

Gratuity is a personal choice, however, the industry standards are 15%-20%.  A gratuity envelope will be provided at the front desk.

There will be a $25 return check charge.
